Returns & Exchanges

At First Blush Co. we pride ourselves on providing quality products to our customers. We want you to enjoy your purchases and continue to shop with us.

If something isn't right you are welcome to return or exchange from our online store. Please note only one exchange per item ordered is permissible and order is considered final thereafter and cannot be returned.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom orders or sale items so please choose carefully.

There is no restocking fee but you will be required to pay for the postage if you want to send it back. However, if your purchase is faulty, damaged during transit or lost during transit we will pay for all postage and send you a replacement if you wish. You will be required to email a copy of your postage receipt via email on faulty/damaged items sent back.

We offer 14 days to return the item from the date you received it. You are required to email us at fbcreturns@gmail.com within the allotted time to inform us that you are returning your order. Please include the following information in the email.

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for returning (include supporting pictures if possible)
